Description

This is an 8-week Mindfulness meditation program. Ian will walk the road with you as He is a 3x Cancer Survivor. All workbooks are included in the program fees. The price will be per online session. All payments are made directly after each session. A discount will be given if you want to pay for the full 8-week program upfront. All bookings are made through my website.
