This is an 8-week Mindfulness meditation program. Ian will walk the road with you as He is a 3x Cancer Survivor.  All workbooks are included in the program fees. The price will be per online session. All payments are made directly after each session. A discount will be given if you want to pay for the full 8-week program upfront. All bookings are made through my website.

It's important to break down barriers, offering compassion and understanding to those who are navigating the complexities of both physical and mental health challenges. Together, we can foster a sense of belonging and remind each other that we are never truly alone in our struggles. Through faith, connection, and open dialogue, we can illuminate paths toward healing and hope. And what happens when Jesus and Cancer meet?
